Government over-reach is government over-reach. Regulation of education, agriculture, drugs, etc... are not part of the federal powers. The government needs to quit trying to control everything that it currently unconstitutionally controls.

Fine. I’m for putting the feds in place. Let’s not start with pot. I would be willing to bet that the majority of legalize pot crowd wouldn’t side with you on many other issues. Once they got their pot legalized, they’d shut you out of the conversation. Society would continue to decay, we’d have more people on disability/welfare, and voters would get even stupider. Do yo disagree with that?
