It does look like Indian Pipe. None of those orchids are real common and they’re easy to miss. Especially some of the rust-colored ones. White ones like that stand out a bit better.

God is pretty amazing to fill every niche for life. Also lots of the huge anthills in that area. (5 or 6 feet across and 18 inches high)
