And you’re deliberately discounting incidents where there HAVE been terrorist activities.
If you have NOT spent any time in a country that’s majority Muslim you can’t have any idea what the culture is really like. The ‘glimpses’ you might have from this or that individual or family in THIS country bear no resemblance to the culture as a whole. My family has nearly 50 years total in country experience in that part of the world. It’s not all lovely Kebab shops and belly dancers.
I’ve worked with more than few individuals from that part of the world. Highly educated. Some still muslim, some not.
None of them wanted to move back to their home countries and work.
There’s a reason for that.

I have NEVER had any issue with saying Muslims are violent.
My issue has been the nutty calling people mooslimes, Amish and the like. Take it or leave it.
Yes, Muslims have been the cause of terrorism.
