Our heat is a humid heat, so when it’s 90 to 95 with anywhere from an average of 60 to 90 percent humidity, it’s a real booger to work out in it.
Back where I come from in Texas, we’re used to 100 to 110 degrees, but the humidity is usually very low. Makes a difference, but it’s still hot.
