Sunday also marks the 27th day of Ramadan, known as “The Night of Power,” when the first verses of the Koran were revealed to the Prophet Mohammed, and some analysts believe that date may encourage militants to launch attacks against “infidels.”

why is the word infidels in quotes?
curious. Is infidels a disputed term? Are non moslems alleged infidels until convicted by a jury of their peers?
The story is that some moslems plan to attack non moslems and all moslems will either ululate, give thanks in prayers, or be silent.
