Makes sense to me!
The so-called poor people in north America haven’t bothered to learn how to prepare actual food. Poor people all over the world know how to prepare healthy food on a small budget.
I love street food and what I used to call "peasant food". You know, the stuff that people who did hard work ate. The first time I had rice and beans, I was flabbergasted at how good it tasted. Then, I read about a body builder named Danny Padilla who also ate rice and beans, and he was a contest winner. (Then again, there were a pair of twins nicknamed The Barbarians, and they won contests while eating pizza--that came out funny but I'm too sleepy to fix it!)
