How do you remember that stuff? You have a mind like a steel trap!
It must be because it all pisses me off so much. My Mother eliminated salt and butter from my Father's diet, “for his health” in the 70’s, because of what the media reported about scare studies. The government promoted grains over protein. Our family diet changed. Dad died from a stroke in the late ‘70’s.
And it began. The carb overload of society.
Then.....No more coconut oil on popcorn. No unpasteurized cheese. Coffee will kill you if an SUV doesn't cream you first.
The experts scare us in to irrational behaviour.
I finally refused to be controlled by misinformation tyrants. I don't believe them anymore.
