He is saying that the security pattern does not follow the curvature of the paper. And it doesnt. And I agree. The birth certificate is a curved black and white image printed on modern, security paper. The security pattern was not on the original BC. There is probably a stack of that same blank security paper in a printer in the Honolulu records office right now.
