As for how good their offerings were, kind of wish I had saved one of their main salespages to show you. I have one minor one saved and a few specific ones but do not know how to post those since they are saved on this computer and not online. Bewdy stuff.
Go to tinypic.com and post your pics there (then post the URL to your pic(s) here).... I wish I had access to the hardware here.. costs are ridiculous (and we aren’t able to get hardware from outside Japan.. customs rules and all :/)
I stand corrected, Amazon is probably the one putting the hurt on Geeks, even more than Fry’s. However, for laptops, TVs, hard drives, RAM, cameras,and a whole lot of other things, Fry’s has better prices than Amazon. Whenever I need anything, I just keep an eye on the Fry’s ad waiting for it to be on sale, and every few weeks or so it will be.
I appreciate it, but don’t worry about posting anything from their site. It will just depress me. :-) It’s interesting how the word gets out about some sites but not others. Everybody seems to know about Newegg, yet I never saw any ads from them. Newegg doesn’t seem to be as good as they once were. I remember a couple of years ago that everything was priced cheaper, there were no shipping charges and stuff was delivered in a day or two.
