The writer of this article is obviously liberal, reiterating the usual phrases about "more benefits" and getting subsidies, blah blah blah. Nobody EVER talks about the plight of people in their 50's or early 60's, who make just beyond the subsidy threshold but are too young for Medicare, and for whom individual rates everywhere will triple. Mine are projected to be $700/month. No way can I afford that.
