The first time I saw it was last year when I was taking one of Patch’s kittens to his new hoomin. It was June of last year, and my car doesn’t have air conditioning. I actually ran through a drive-thru and got a cup of water, then tried to get him to drink a little of it. The most I could do was dip my finger in it and touch it to his tongue.
As soon as I got him to where I was meeting his new person, he latched onto New Person’s shoulder as soon as I handed him off. And I am sure part of it was because he was glad to be out of that hot car!
Well, at least now everyone knows that you and the Mrs. aren’t crazy cat people. It’s grand that you rehome your kittens.
I hope that kitteh is very happy in his forever home and his new mommy and daddy have A/C. [smiles]
