Talk show radio icon explains his 'Limbaugh Theorem' to Greta - why Pres. Obama always seems to be campaigning and never seems attached to his policies...On right now or watch on this link

It’s similar to the fast food workers wanting fifteen dollars an hour. I’d rather pay a dollar for a low quality cheeseburger made by a machine than pay five dollars for a low quality cheese burger made by a fifteen dollar an hour employee.
And when I want a delicious cheeseburger, I go to five guys. Quality wins.
We are probably not in the majority. In fact, if consumer business relied on me for a living they would starve. I try to only buy what I need when I need it and if I can’t buy quality stuff I do without.
Well true conservatives don’t believe we should intervene to bring business back to America, unless that intervention involves lower taxes and creating business friendly environments.
I think you have responded your sentiments to the wrong person.
Look I am just saying, we are the only ones playing the “open markets” game.
That’s all I’m saying.
We need to protect our own. Everyone else is, we are giving away what we should be keeping.
That is all I’m saying.
No. I meant to respond to you. You said we are in the minority. I was just pointing out that Freepers don’t support this poster above who keeps spouting about Chinese jobs.
Unions chased those jobs overseas. Now unions cry about bringing them back. V
What do you suggest? We have forces within doing much more damage than the Chinese. I’m pretty sure the two senators from Massachusetts are card carrying members of the communist party. You are worrying too much about China when the enemy is within.
China is building up huge cities with no occupants. They will be in over their heads soon enough.
I was referring to my belief that we are in the minority of people who might prefer quality and value and be willing to pay for it.
While I generally agree that free markets need to be allowed to work I do believe there are some tariffs necessary to spot protect the economy against targeted destruction of industries when they are under concerted attack by nations and not other companies. Tariffs had a reason for being and not all always poorly motivated.
Unions, over regulation and greed chased jobs overseas. In 30 odd years the prediction has come true. Workers can no longer afford the goods they could have made.
What do you want our Gubmint to do, fine Companies for sourcing Product overseas?
That sounds like a Liberal position to me, like punishing a Citizen for moving his personal Assets overseas to protect him from the Tyrants of Taxation in D.C.
I’m not sure what you disagree with, but OK. I don’t do platitudes, that’s a Liberal weapon to diffuse debating facts. What is your PLAN to make your position a reality?
As an Old Retired Navy Chief that worked for me used to say, “wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which one fills up first”.
I “wish” Obama’s Mommy was a Militant Pro Choice Feminist who practiced what she preached, but it didn’t happen and here we are.
Oh. You’re probably right about being in the minority preferring quality.
The problem with liberals and unions is that they want to be paid high quality wages for low quality output.
Just saying.
Buying from a Chinese importer, is strengthening China.
That is all I’m saying.
I remember someone here Posting a link to Products “Made In America”. I guess that’s a good place to start.
I hope you aren’t feeling like you’re being piled on by me and the other Posters here. I understand your position, but until we get Obama and his Sycophants out of power, nothing can or will be done my FRiend.
Remember: They Live, and we’re the only ones wearing the Sunglasses. #:^)
No problem.
I hope you also don’t mind a somewhat different opinion as well from this side, at times.
As far as I know, there’s still a lot we agree on.
Not really just all that. It is that they don’t want to be employees, they want to be the boss too. The relationship between employer and employee is a precarious balancing act along the edge of a razor.
Hey, we’re both here aren’t we?
Even when we all see things differently, I could not think of a finer group of people to be in my corner than everyone here.
As my dear Late Uncle used to say, “I may not always be right, but I’m never wrong”. LOL
Mark Levine - attorney general
Very true. My brother is in HR. He has employees tell him all the time that they should make what he makes. He just asks them if they are willing to work 80 hr weeks, and they look at him funny.
