So then I should be working up to and ultimately leveling off at about 1600 mg. calcium/day and 800 mg. magnesium/day because you need to double the amount of calcium compared to magnesium? Oh, I also take 3,000 units Vit. D3 as well. Thanks.

I personally would not supplement with calcium. If you continue to do so I would flip the ratios; 2 to 1 of mag to calcium. If you have blood work done have it tested for D and see where you’re at then recheck in a few months. I had to go off D because my levels were very high due to taking mag. Mag makes it absorb. I live in FLA so I Get a lot of D naturally.
