I only cook reverse sear now. I'll put half a chimney of charcoal in the weber on one side. Salt/pepper/oil the steaks and put them on the other side of the cold grill. Put a piece of pecan wood in and let it go for 10 minutes. After that sear the steaks until done. (:

Do you start the cold grill with the steaks on it? Do you use lighter fluid, or how do you light the grill?
