Sounds like you and I had the same kind of upbringing. Drank raw milk, gathered our own eggs, small garden,or bought vegetables from the man with the mule drawn vegetable wagon, slept with my dogs and cats, played in the ditch. (I haven't thought about that in ages)

All that didn't keep me from having asthma and allergies.
