Ahhh the molasses, lest we forget..... I asked a young black employee at Walmart where they stocked it and he never even heard of it. Times have changed ay? Anyway I found it and brought it back to show him — everyday brings an education of sorts for us all if we are open to receive it.
Was it Blackstrap molasses? I think that is the kind you want. It seems to be harder and harder to find. The more mild type is everywhere, but the blackstrap, which is more nutritious, is becoming scarce around where I live.
