I’m a little puzzled... if it as THAT BAD at ADT, how did you last 26 years and why is your husband still there?

I stayed because I was reaching retirement age, and did not want to look for another job. As it turned out, I was laid off 3 years ago, did find another job for a year and a half, and am now retired. A little early, but we are making it. I am collecting my pension, and I can file for social security next year.
My husband can retire in 4 years with over 20 years service, and he can then collect his pension and social security.
ADT really is all about numbers and performance, and they don’t care how many people they go through to achieve it. It wasn’t that way when I first started, but it sure is like that now.
