Social fabric is very important to be sure, but if you follow that argument to its logical conclusion nothing would ever change! You could argue Benjamin Franklin and George Washington contributed to the destruction of social norms when they helped instigate a rebellion.

Tradition is fine - it provides a link to the past and it adds colour and meaning to the present, but it has to be relevant to have that meaning. If it starts to get in the way it should be reformed.

Well then you must be very comfortable with this move to have pederasty become socially normal and accepted.
I think you are wrong and this type of “change” unlike a rebellion for more freedom in society is unhealthy and UNacceptable.
There must be standards or norms for a society to be peaceful, productive and moral. If not you have chaos.
Sorry but this kind of change you think is natural for a society to evolve is nothing but evil.
