No one has ever produced any evidence of Foster's car ever being in its usual assigned spot in the White House (nor anywhere else in the lot or on the WH campus) on the day of his death. Neither is there any video surveillance film to verify this nor is there any log of vehicles entering and leaving.

The 5 witnesses in Fort Marcy Park told the FBI that the Honda Accord (Vince Foster's Car) that they saw was a different color than Vince's Honda. When all five witness's obtain a copy of they FBI interviews under the FIA found later their statements were changed. This is from Patrick Knowlton(the first witness to see the Honda) to me in Fort Marcy Park during a Saturday tour of what happened that day.

Yes, I'm aware of that finagling of the witness statements. What the true witness statements force one to conclude is that Foster's body arrived at its pre-determined dumping location before his car arrived at the Park, which corroborates the notion that he couldn't have driven himself to the park and committed suicide there. The car seen by the initial witnesses served as temporary "stand-in" for Foster's Honda, which was probably arrived in the control of his killers later than initially planned, causing the necessity to implement a Plan B. Some of Foster's personal items seen by the earlier witnesses in the "stand-in" later were transferred to the Foster Honda, from which they were inventoried by the Park Police.
