Yeah, because aluminum plates with reflective paint aren’t nearly expensive enough.

Good grief, the stupid in CA knows no boundaries.

I’m beginning to experience a real crisis in LOCATION..LOCATION..LOCATION.. as I currently live in the Not So Golden State.

perhaps the state legislators will wait until this is FEDERALLY MANDATED..by Executive Order!!

Note: It looks like it will have a tracking device on it and the average citizen can not just read the plate very well at all.
