Yep...typical...'bare' arms indeed. The teachers' unions keep these half-literate folks in place 'teaching' the children. And in NYC, teachers that are degenerates are kept in 'rubber rooms' and paid for doing nothing while staying on the payroll.
Thanks to these unions it's another lost generation of kids. Disgusting...and NYC isn't even the worst of the lot.
