Exclusive: Rick Perry's October Trip to Israel Sign of Another Whitehouse Bid
The Washington Times ^ | July 11, 2013 | The Washington Times

Texas Gov. Rick Perry said Thursday that he will visit Israel in October, a move that signals to the political world that he is seriously considering making another presidential run in 2016.

“We will be going to Israel to bring together Arabs, Christian and Jews in an educational forum,” Mr. Perry told The Washington Times in an interview just three days after he announced he would not seek an unprecedented fourth term as Texas governor.

Many analysts interpreted that decision as evidence that he is setting the table for a White House campaign. Asked what would induce him to announce a run, he told The Times that he has “plenty of time to make that decision.”

La Raza Rick Perry is no Ronald Reagan. Reagan was an great speaker who was smart enough to prove his detractors wrong. When Perry opens his mouth he proves his detractors right.

Perry will never be president partly because of that but mainly because he is not presidential material. He may appeal to those of you in Texas but his abysmal performance in the 2012 contest proved he does not appeal to conservatives across the land.

Wow. I am just coming to realize how incredibly stupid you really are. Of course it was a denial. I pity you that you feel you have to lower yourself to denying it was. You’re embarrassing yourself. And you really do make a good liberal, as does your boy La Raza Rick.

Perry’s definitely NOT a conservative in the Tea Party sense....

Now Ted Cruz? I’m taking a good long look at this fairly (so far) impressive man.

Oh good grief. Really, South? Surely YOU, in all your brilliance, know that Reagan used a teleprompter. In fact, he perfected its use! He had excellent speech writers and mastery of the teleprompter before people realized what the "security device" was really there for. I respect your dislike of Perry. I really do. La Raza or whatever else you are misguided about. But don't go forcing me to point out the obvious too much -- that our Great Orator had a great eye for speech writers and used the tele. In fact, I believe it was Eisenhower who first used it. Perry can certainly do the same. If he was half as stupid as you proclaim, he'll make an excellent president. He's certainly got the heart and the history and the soul to do a great job. The rest is always, always hired out.

I am just coming to realize how incredibly stupid you really are.

And I am just coming to realize how incredibly low class you really are, although I have suspected all along.

You're going to be in a real pickle when he runs as Perry's VP (or "worse"). You have my sympathy. It does seem to turn out that way more than not -- see VP pick 2012.

Ted Cruz isn’t perfect and I have a few problems with him, but right now I’d support him.

lol! A Perrybot doesn't like me. I'm crushed.

I am aware President Reagan used a teleprompter as anyone who was around back then would be. But I said he was a great speaker and he was. You do know he was referred to as the "Great Communicator", don't you? Maybe you don't; you do seem pretty ignorant. La Raza Rick Perry will never be president because he clearly lacks the intelligence necessary and because he cannot speak w/o making a fool of himself. Is that really that hard for you Perrybots to understand? You Texans may like him, heck, you're obviously infatuated with even his looks -- as if that mattered, which it doesn't. It just proves how shallow you are.

Perry is a loser. He proved that in 2012 and should he run in 2016 he will prove it again.

No. The Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce is sending a delegation to Watec 2013 in Tel Aviv—Oct. 22-23. On May 8th he was posing with the group on Texas-Israel Day. The emphasis is water conservation—there is a drought on.

Yeah, well, I just look forward to posting Perry 2016 articles to see South40 hyperventilate. Still, I think we can expect a Perry 2016 run. His kids are grown. He’s bored in the statehouse, and he’s not a rich man. Will see.

Blather on, South. Your constant name-calling only exemplifies your very real and early limitations.
