Exclusive: Rick Perry's October Trip to Israel Sign of Another Whitehouse Bid

Texas Gov. Rick Perry said Thursday that he will visit Israel in October, a move that signals to the political world that he is seriously considering making another presidential run in 2016.

“We will be going to Israel to bring together Arabs, Christian and Jews in an educational forum,” Mr. Perry told The Washington Times in an interview just three days after he announced he would not seek an unprecedented fourth term as Texas governor.

Many analysts interpreted that decision as evidence that he is setting the table for a White House campaign. Asked what would induce him to announce a run, he told The Times that he has “plenty of time to make that decision.”

That attitude gave us BHO, second term.

Conservatives stayed at home rather than vote for Romney.

Romney was in last place as far as I was concerned in the primaries but I took my anti-nausia medication and went out and campaigned for the RINO.

Then on election day I voted for him because I knew this country may not survive another 4 years of BHO and the Democrats.

With a better conservative turn out we might have take the Senate and the Presidency.

We conservatives are not going to win back this country from the top. We have to pull the country to the Right at the state and local level. We have to choose young conservative candidates at the local level that will move up in the party. Then we have to fight hard to keep them conservative as the move up.

It has been more than 100 years since Progressivism stated destroying this country. Don’t expect to reverse that process in a few years. We are not going to win back our country by staying home when the party chooses a lip wristed candidate.

You might also remember that the Republican Party is not historically a conservative party. Teddy Roosevelt the first Progressive president was a Republican (and TR’s desire to win back the WH split the Republican vote and gave us the evil that was Wilson). Ronaldus Magnus was the first Conservative Republican President since Coolidge.

We conservatives are the invasive species in the Republican party. We will have to work hard to change the party’s nature. If we want the party to survive while we reform it we have to kiss a few toads until we find our prince.
