This is one of the reasons why women shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Announce to all that the whole event will be video recorded and face recognition software will be used to identify those who step out of bounds (break the law). They will be arrested and prosecuted.

What a horrible, sobering thought. Eternity is an incredibly long time, but they will foam out their shame forever, and can not blame anyone but themselves. Maybe one thing that will make Hell the horrible place that is, will be the thought that they could have avoided it.
