What a scuzzy pair. He’s an admitted Vegas thug and low-rent Hugh Hefner wanna be, she’s a deranged ‘showgirl’. Together they’re dangerous. Both have criminal records.
Check out their ‘contract’ for employees. Yahoo news had it online. It states ‘tips are the property of the house and will not be shared with wait staff’. Food that is returned is docked from servers salaries, customers are screamed at-and she can’t cook. Claimed she made all the perfect pastries then admitted she buys them and insisted that was the same thing all establishments do. We’re talking seriously insane people. I’d like to know what the local press there says about them. How are they still in business?

Why would any waitstaff want to work in a restaurant in which tips are considered property of the house?

I didn’t know she faked the pastries! She claim to be a pastry chef and it was the only thing Gordon complimented her on!

I am pretty sure there isn’t a state in the USA which would have labor laws that allow a restaurant owner to subtract the cost of ‘returned food’ from the wages of the servers.

The SERVERS didn’t prepare the food nor buy the ingredients.

This is a serious labor law violation, IMO.

SERVERS in a restaurant are WAGE earners—they are NOT on salary!!!

There are a number of tests regarding wages VS salary.

A restaurant server would not qualify for SALARY.
