judge won’t allow a symmetrical question on injuries to M versus injuries to Z. She allows it for the prosecution on Z but disallows it for the defense on M.

can the judge reverse herself while the trial goes on?
if so then the defense strategy might be to keep the trial going at least for one more day if not through the weekend.
that would give the judge time to respond.
does it give the defense time to file an appeal (of last evening’s text msg decision for example)?
