$100 a month is really cheap. I’m in my 60’s, not on MediCare, and pay $412 a month for catastrophic coverage (I can only get reimbursed when medical costs go over $10,000 a year).
I have certainly learned a lot about what others pay for their health insurance on this thread. I turned my Medicare over to a private insurance company, and I presume if they cannot make it work they will stop coverage [at least fraud is not a consideration!] I can stand not having any health coverage if necessary... I just do not want to continue to pay for others while being told to go away. No private insurance company could do that without being charged with fraud.
