Before the annual July 4 fireworks Thursday in Happy Valley, an eerily familiar looking cloud emerged. Like, a cloud that resembled the schools late football coach Joe Paterno. Seriously. Check out the picture sent to Paternos son, Jay, in this post.

He’s still watching over the area, on the lookout for anything at all that might hurt ‘the program’. Why as a cloud, you ask? So when he finds something that might hurt ‘the program’ he can eliminate as much daylight as possible and keep it in the dark.
So, nothing’s really changed.
To: stormer
Exactly!!! But the JoePa deniers would never get the point.

If Paterno had spoken up, the bad publicity might have hurt ‘the program’ and that was to be squelched at all costs. NOTHING at Penn State was more importand than ‘the program’. We saw where Mr. Paterno’s priorities were. His values had a depth of field of exactly 100 yards.
Penn State University was nothing more than life support for a football team.

Thats not a Paterno cloud. If it was, it would be looking the other way...It's 8:30 am and we already have the post of the day!

“the program” is a model - even used by the ncaa as a model - for insisting on academic excellence. Not sure what you mean here. Just more blathering on like the rest of them.
Ziegler is getting the truth out. He’s releasing an online book either today or tomorrow that will have new facts.
You can go sit with Louis Freeh and Lanny Davis (who protected a dishonest b.o.t. for money), I’ll take the Paternos, Ziegler, Blehar, Clemente, Thornburgh, etc.
I like my chances.

You miss the point. “The program” isn’t the problem. Never said it was. The problem was that nothing in central Pennsylvania was more important than “the program”. The football team ran that school. Paterno himself intimidated school officials over threatened discipline of players, lest they miss a game or bring bad press to “the program”, demanding that only HE be able to decide how to punish “his players”. OH, you mean college students that had to go through the normal discipline process? NO, JOE PATERNO’S FOOTBALL PLAYERS. Never, ever to be confused with Penn State college students. And therein lies the entire problem.
Football needs to be entirely ancillary to the process of education. At Penn State, the learning institution was there to serve the football program. It’s the same story at Notre Dame as well. That program killed an employe an they only had to pay a 40 thousand dollar fine and the case was over and done with.

This story was originally posted in 2007 (before any of you even knew who jerry sandusky was) and describes in detail all you need to know about vicky triponey. Triponey's quotes and interviews (for money) is what you are basing your assertions on. She is a proven liar. She also had a very close relationship w/ mark emmert when they both were at UConn (who graduates a basketball player every decade or so). Go figure.
Read this and tell me you believe vicky triponey
