I have seen your explanation of your freeper name more than once, I was not ignorant of it's meaning. I am sure that you also have heard “what goes around comes around”.

I don't think he's still got Presidential ambitions, but if he does he could still made a serious run of it.

If by serious, you mean trail behind Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and quite a few others, then sure.

I'm not counting him out, Perry is attractive to some. He is close with the La Raza leadership and respects them a great deal, he pushed for guest worker programs before it was popular for Republicans to do so. He believes a huge border fence is nonsense. He went to China and convinced them to spend billions on buying up access to Texas oil and gas. He's got the credentials for bringing in some Hispanics, he's got a lot of foreign policy experience - didn't see Obama getting the Chinese to spend billions on buying up our oil and gas.

But he has to overcome the problems he had in 2012, and he has done nothing to do that, while Cruz, Rand Paul, and many others have surged ahead.

What I mean by my post is that people sold their principles to the most liberal candidate ever to run for President under the Republican name. Romney! That is tragic that principles go out the window so easily. Sad really.

We didn't sell our principles out, we were just outnumbered by liberals pretending to be Republicans. Or rather liberal Republicans pretending to be Conservatives.

Romney was not our fault. Neither was McCain. Nor Bush, Dole, or George H.W. Bush.
