Sexy spook Anna Chapman, busted in the summer of 2010 as part of a sleeper cell of Russian agents, proposed to fugitive NSA leaker Edward Snowden on Twitter.
Snowden, who revealed the secret NSA surveillance program PRISM, has been stuck in Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport since June 23, after fleeing his Hong Kong hiding place. He has been caught in legal limbo after being stripped of his US passport and has sought asylum wth 21 countries.
