Brandy Hamilton, 26, and Alexandria Randle, 24, say their civil rights were violated by the invasive search Texas Department of Public Safety trooper ordered the body cavity search because he smelled marijuana and allegedly found the end of a blunt The women say that the female trooper used the same glove to search inside both of them =============
Disturbing video shows two women in bikinis being subjected to body cavity searches on the side of a Texas highway after they were stopped returning from a weekend at the beach.
Brandy Hamilton, 26, and Alexandria Randle, 24, are suing the Texas Department of Public Safety and the sheriff of Brazoria County, Texas, where the stop occurred. Their lawyer alleges that the search was meant to humiliate them and was conducted without probable cause.
The female officer who performed the invasive search, which included sticking a finger in the women's vaginas, is accused of using the same pair of gloves to search both women. The entire 40-minute traffic stop was caught on the trooper's dashboard camera.
Attorney Allie R. Booker told MailOnline her client's case is startling similar to a July 2012 case in Dallas in which DPS trooper Kelly Helleson aggressively searched, Angel Dobbs and her niece, Ashley Dobbs - including giving them a body cavity search and not changing gloves between searching the two women.

In regards to my previous post, crack-butt ugly or not, they shouldn’t have been humiliated like this, and I hope their lawyer(s) are working on bankrupting the governmental body that sponsored the thugs.
Exactly.
The dyke who did this should serve time for sexual assault and spend the rest of her days on a sex offenders’ registry.
Yeah, amazing amount of levity on this thread given what's happened and what we are increasingly subjected to. I suppose there are younger FReepers, though, who accept this as normal.
Sequester
I honestly don’t give a damn what the cop haters here think... Texas DPS is not an LEO you mess with..
I completely agree with you. These are not cops they are criminals. No woman, fat, ugly, or otherwise should be treated like that by anyone, and especially not by the police.
Whoosh it scare the bejeezs out of me. I would end up beat to hell or dead. There is no way somebody is going to put their fingers in those areas, especially on the side of the road! No flippin’ way! I would fight like a wild cat! That just ain’t happening!
LOL!!!

A state trooper has been fried for performing a body cavity search on two women wearing bikinis driving back from the beach. She is the second trooper fired this year for cavity searches.

I reckon that would have required several gallons of peanut oil
Sexual assault! That’s what it is!
Texas DPS is outta control.
Big time. They think they are above the law. I KNOW because I dealt with them. Contacted my senator and rep about them breaking the law. Senators office had to call and see what the-— was going on...
Lady from DPS told me they didn’t have to follow the law b/c they haven’t had time to implement it. It was passed 10 months earlier.
One of my high school students, who was from Russia, asked in class one day what a cavity search was. The other kids really cracked up! They told him it’s when they search your teeth...he believed them. They had a lot of fun with that in the days that followed.
And no, it wasn’t bullying, he was well liked and the girls just stoned over him... But the cavity situation was hilarious...
Probably working for the TSA in an airport near by now.
You go girl! Or boy! Either way, you rock!
Yes, this is one of the two women... Brandy Hamilton, supposedly grimacing during the cavity search...
They aren't criminals until they are convicted.
While the officer may have felt there was probable cause for a search, searching portions of their anatomy the suspects would be arrested for exposing in public, in public is over the top.
While I am aware that the officer regards the glove as being for her protection, and not the suspects', the possibility of transferring STDs exists, the glove(s) should have been replaced before the second search.
They are crooked is what they are. I have proof. And I messed with them. And they had to back off of us because they broke the law.
But what they were doing was across the board, and they continued to screw the citizens of Texas.
