Controversial Polish politician Jausz Korwin-Mikke has said that deceased Nazi leader Adolf Hitler was “unaware” of the killing of Jews in Poland, and that the Holocaust was most likely the work of SS Head Heinrich Himmler, who purposely kept Hitler in the dark on the matter.

Look up Hitler’s Action T4, and “Gerhard Herbert Kretschmar” (the first documented victim of the Holocaust) to see how unaware Adolph was.
Has to be Satire. Someone just took our real situation with Obama , Holder etc and applied it to Nazi Germany. Obama knew nothing of Benghazi, IRS, NSA etc. Holder and Axelrod kept all that info from him.
This is like Obama saying he knew nothing about the IRS targeting.
Neither had to explicitly order anything. Both knew their underlings would do the dirty work without direction.

All rubbish, though I’d long had the idea of a work of fiction in which a contra-factual Hitler is ignorant of the Holocaust until the end, and in which it’s learning of it that triggers his suicide as the Russians close in on Berlin.

Probably quite true,A. Hitler had quite a broken view of the world like most of the Nazies around him.....he never really understood how his policies were implemented.
It doesn’t change the damage he did to Europe,it is just his perspective was incredibly flawed.To him the extermination of the Jews was real in a sense that it was a lifelong goal,that he has no idea how you’d go about doing such a task in real life.....is very plausible.
That there was an entire class of people in Europe who knew how to do this business,many of whom weren’t Nazies or predated them.....well that says a lot about Europe.

Korwin-Mikke doesn't claim to be an admirer of Hitler, who he thinks a murderer who should have been hanged if he hadn't killed himself first -- or even worse than a murderer, a socialist.
He seems to be a very loose cannon, sort of like the guy in Connecticut who's flying a Nazi flag to protest Obama. How does a politician come to make a comment like that? How does anybody claiming to be a politician not know enough not to say things like that?
Your remark makes me think that there may be a number of people who may be too young, or who did not have history presented to them in any depth, or for any other reason did not learn enough to dismiss this assertion.
Thirty seconds Googling found me this record from Goebbels’ diary from December 12, 1941, the day after Hitler declared war on the United States. Hitler had just given a private address to the Nazi heirarchy, which he summarized. (Josef Goebbels was the Propaganda Minister for the Third Reich.)

Before and after he came to power, Hitler talked and wrote about annihilating the Jews. He starts a war, and 5-6 million Jews end up murdered by Germany. Gee, who could we possibly blame for that? (snicker)
