Good morning all! I’m a bit early today. Will be leaving at about 10 a.m. (EDT) for Boston to visit in-laws.
But you want a sentence that says something like, "Obamacare seems to have died aborning."

For extra credit, compare and contrast the contents of the Affordable Care Act with that of the Constitution.
For one thing, The Affordable Care Act uses a lot more paper.

Rather than the Constitution, how about the Declaration of Independence, which we mark the signing of 237 years ago tomorrow?

That's my favorite.
Interesting that you used the word as an adjective. There is such usage, but I omitted it to avoid confusion. However, since you mentioned it, I will provide the adjective definition:
aborning, adjective
being born; coming into being, fruition, realization, etc.:
A new era of architecture is aborning.

And, if we substitute Barack Obama for King George III as the antecedent of "he," many of the acts which our Founding Fathers found to be intolerable are being reprised.
Took Chan to the vet yesterday to update her shots for boarding, when we go on vaca in a few weeks. I love the one vet at this practice and always try to get him. Chan was done with her checkup in just a few minutes but i sat and talked with him for a half hour [no pets were waiting, i think it must have been his lunch hour] we had chatted briefly in the past, his son is a doctor and does stints with Samaritan's purse [franklin graham's christian relief organization] so i figured him for a conservative. He had just returned from Israel, where he and his wife went on vaca with their church. We talked about Israel and then how Obams has pretty much abandoned it. And then we got onto the Sup ct ruling etc. It was great to talk to him. Felt positively subversive in this area where 99% of the pop is lib or ignorant.
