I’ve eaten at the Pioneer. Last time we were there I tried out Murphy’s Mule Barn on 2nd St., and it wasn’t bad, for what it is. We always liked Village Pizza in Corrales, too.

Next time, the employees should explain that they tested the coffee temperature with a used rectal thermometer and it was perfect.
I saw the documentary “Hot Coffee” that supposedly went into all the specifics of this case. The film was heavily slanted against tort reform and used the cases in the film to illustrate why tort reform was bad.
