I’ve said it all along-I really think the Zimmerman thing is a case of two clueless guys being in the wrong place and time at the same time and doing the worst possible thing-and one ended up dead.
It is an awful thing, and I’m not saying there shouldn’t be a penalty, but I don’t see it as murder, when it looks like both parties were at fault...
It sure as heck isn’t second degree murder. If you want to blame Zimmerman for getting out of his car (as if walking is a crime) and then getting his head beat on, it’s manslaughter tops.
But it isn’t even that. It’s self defense.
