oh he’s very pretty!
I was notified about him by Adopt A Pet late Sat. afternoon. Even though my husband said he wasn't ready for another dog, I wrote to the agency and they responded to a list of my questions about him. But, they said that another family would have a "Meet and Greet" with the agency on Sunday. Of course they took him.
He was just so appealing that I couldn't resist. I would have gone to the mat about him with my husband, if he had been available.
Red Shiloh is purebred, 2 years old, friendly, loving, and lost his previous family because their home was foreclosed. I just loved his look and his name. I think that he would have made my recovery go faster (enforced walks on leash). He looks like a combination of my last 2 Goldens -- fluffy like my female, Terra, and red like my male, Max.
My next dog is out there somewhere.
He was in Mundelein, IL. I would have driven there in a NY minute, had he been available. My dog trainer used to say that a “pretty face” would get a dog all kinds of undeserved privileges. (She was being sarcastic about my “wild child” Max who turned into the most perfect dog ever. But she mever liked Goldens. She was an English Bulldog afficianado. You can see the jealousy about “pretty faces”.)
