I am so grateful for those of you who helped get my son re-instated.
Restores my 17 year old faith in FreeRepublic, and shame on you Freepers who seem to be of the “ready, fire, aim” school of firearm management.
You know who you are, and we old-timers now know who you are. You better walk carefully, and be careful to stay down low.
But watch out for us old skunks visiting your garden party. “We be watching you”, like Robert DeNiro in “Meet the Fokkers”.
Zotting every “newbie” who may not know all the long-time arcane rules here is not acceptable behavior on FR, in my humble opinion.
So much wiser to explain, with an explanation, using logic and reason, than to hit that abuse button, as soon as someone unintentionally crosses your imaginary line in the sand.
