Maybe so, but I think they should give it to all potential voters. If you cannot get at least 70%, your a dumb as a box of rocks and should not be voting.

These tests were historically used by Democrats to suppress voters. I'd rather we not follow their lead.

Basic literacy should be a requirement. Obviously a high school diploma doesn't mean anything anymore.

Anyway, your probably right, it still won't stop dead people from voting.
