Adiaratou Sall of Hazelwood says after ten years of banking with the Gateway Metro Credit Union she was refused service, for the first time ever, because she was wearing a headbag. Tellers wanted it removed for security reasons.
KSDK The credit union says it has had a policy for years of no sunglasses, hats or hoods. Because of recent robberies the credit union is enforcing the policy more strictly. But Sall says she can vote, get a drivers license and go through airport security with the same scarf and wants to know why banking should be any different. I feel hurt, big time and violated, says Sall. Its who I am. (Oh, boo hoo)

I've had the same thing happen to me at the Walmart self-check lines. Apparently, it's incorrectly coded as alcohol, so the system freezes until the attendant checks your age. I've asked them a few times why this is so since anyone can buy no-alcohol beer and the only response I've gotten in reply is "I don't know."
The Old Drovers Inn in DP was a fave of mine..as was the CIA..and The Bird in the Bottle
Very often it's an improvement.
I’m going to look for opportunities to play that. Thanks, consider it appropriated.
“Non-alcohol beer” is a misnomer. It still has alcohol in it, but only a very tiny amount.
The purpose is so the security cameras get a better picture.
Go find another bank. Geez
So little that your bladder would burst before you got drunk.
back in the 50’s as a teen I worked as a cashier in a grocery store. we had to also have the assistance manager ring up any beer or wine that came through our register line....not a new thing...
A couple of time, heck yes. Something like .5% or something. But, “technically” it’s still beer for the purposes of taxation and regulation.
I bought some beer while on vacay in MI once, and I had to reach over the counter and push a button for the under-aged cashier, so I was technically checking myself out.
lol good one
Aha! LOL!!
I’m thinking, though, plastic, tied tightly under the chin would be far more appropriate.
I think the muzzie MALES should start a trend...show us how it’s done.
Yes?
