Gluten and dairyfree. Meat is fine. Dairy is for baby cows.
I am a big believer in fruit/veggie smoothie meal replacers to help drop the first pounds, too. Add lot of spinach.
I don’t have any problems with milks and cheeses- I love them
soups like French onion with asiago cheese...MMMMmmmmmm
I can live on soups and stews and chili’s
