Where the hell were the parents and/or teachers that were responsible for these kids? This is disgusting.
One of the things that used to really burn me when my kid was that age was how my wife and I frequently had to deal with other kids whose parents stood there and let them do things just like this. We’d put them in line and then the parents would whine and we’d put them in line also. In no uncertain terms. And they always backed down.
Go to a buffet restaurant and observe how many parents *watch* their children contaminate the food and say nothing.
Where the hell were the parents and/or teachers that were responsible for these kids?

I can’t watch the video, as I’m on dial-up.
In the early 1950s, as a pre-teen, I went to the Dallas Zoo by myself; riding the street car (trolley) and walking. I also went to the YMCA and a public pool in a park... by myself. At the time, I was 8-10 years old.
I was responsible for my behavior, as both parents were at work. I didn’t need my parents or any other adults to be “herding” me and telling what to do.
Recent generations seem to believe that kids MUST have adults watching over them all the time, until they graduate from High School. ....A school complex near me includes and Elementary, Middle and High School. The SUVs with moms waiting to pick up kids in the afternoon from all three schools are lined up for about a mile. ....Parents of today are raising wussies!
Sorry for the long post, but it saddens me to see how kids are coddled and not allowed to be kids these days.
