I’ve found Schlage keys work really well to open bottles if there’s not a bottle opener handy.

I used to use the ashtray on the door of a '69 Lemans...would pop the cap right off. A few decades ago. 8>)

I’ve seen people use disposable lights too but I’d never do that.
