I did that a couple of times.
I've had a mini-leatherman in my pocket for years now with a bottle opener on it so fortunately haven't had to improvise for a long time.

Sorry I don’t have a website. I have just started making these since October when I got back from the sandbox (no job). I’m on a beer site and haven’t be able to keep up with orders, I’m at least a month behind on orders now.
