It’s very interesting to me that I’ve done this, because my parents have always encouraged my brother and me to speak our minds. And to be fair, sometimes I did. I was in the GSA in high school.

Still think she meant girl scouts? Are girl scouts noted noted for being outspoken? And does the girl scouts even exist in high school?

The abbreviation for Girl Scouts is GS-USA, and yes, they have high-school aged members, but are not a school-based organization. My oldest daughter was a Girl Scout until she was 17.

I don’t know; the girl scouts of today are pretty militant, and some high schools have affiliations. But whatever; if she’s a Christian, and pro-life, and growing in the Lord, those other things will give way.
