Do we not extradite to Italy?
Was she in Little Italy?
Yes, we do. If Italian authorities request extradition, the U.S. government would have to move to extradite her. She could challenge the extradition in court. But it’s my understanding she would have to demonstrate the extradition would violate her constitutional rights.
It’s still entirely possible that she didn’t do it and wasn’t more involved than being an accessory.
However, to be willing to continue to see somebody who probably did the killing is showing absolutely no regard for the victim.
I personally could not continue a relationship with such a person.
“But its my understanding she would have to demonstrate the extradition would violate her constitutional rights.”
Shouldn’t that be pretty easy to accomplish? The Italians are going to keep trying until they can get a court to convict her. If the standard is by “constitutional rights,” presumably our constitution, I don’t see how they could extradite her. The Italians can go to hell with their legal system.
He’s probably still under her control. She was the mastermind.
She probably does not think that he committed the murder.
Rudy Guede, who is currently serving time in prison, had his DNA all over the murder scene. When questioned about it, he said that he had a ‘date’ with Kercher but ended up fighting a ‘mysterious Italian’ who attacked her and framed him for it (because he was racist, of course)
I don’t think Amanda or her ex-boyfriend had anything to do with the murder. Rudy Guede’s DNA was all over the crime scene including Meredith Kircher’s body and room. Only his. He’s in jail. Case closed. And Italy is so brilliant Guede gets out in 16 years so he can kill again.
She was in jail too, until she scammed her way out. She will kill again. Or have some guy kill at her orders again.

If Amanda Knox, don’t answer.
I didn’t see any crime scene photos, but I have always thought that she was involved. I thought that the US was not going to extradite her though, because she had been exonerated, and it would be considered double jeopardy under US law. The case was a mess, badly prosecuted after being badly investigated. Enough is enough. We will probably never know the truth.
I suspect that the meeting was to discuss the upcoming re-trial and what, if anything that either one could add to help the defense. No big deal.
Having seen her interview a couple months back... it’s pretty clear this was a case of an abusive judicial system assisted by a corrupt manipulative police arm.
This young woman has been seriously harmed as a result of what happened to her.
People have 3 reaction to stress or trauma... fight, flight, or freeze. She froze up and it was misinterpreted by investigators. She really is never going to recover from what has happened to her.
How would it violate double jeopardy. She was convicted, not acquitted. Even in the U.S., if you were convicted and given a new trial, that would not be double jeopardy.
Well, her victim is dead, so she isn’t going to recover even more.
“She was in jail too, until she scammed her way out. She will kill again. Or have some guy kill at her orders again.”
Bull. And you know this how.
“How would it violate double jeopardy. She was convicted, not acquitted.”
When her conviction was overturned by an Italian court that amounted to an acquittal.
