FWIW, in Moby Thesaurus, cogitate is listed as a synonym of excogitate and excogitate is listed as a synonym of cogitate.
And it's be a Happier Summer if the PRESIDENT were to RESIGN for his FAILURE and his INEPT LEADERSHIP.

Oh, how fun. I went for a long weekend with DH and a baby daughter once. Not a romantic weekend, he was in conferences all day, while I strolled the village. Loved the place.
