The Bill of Rights was written to address the NATURE OF MAN, not a point in time. There will always be people who want freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the ability to fight of tyrants who may assume power. It is TIMELESS and UNIVERSAL, but you keep on telling yourself that only muskets apply. My response is that only the printing press applies.
