You people need chin straps to keep your tin foil hats on.
This crash was witnessed by people who saw the car traveling at a high rate of speed before loosing control and hitting a tree. It doesn’t sound like anything but a drunk or crazy driver. Maybe both.
This guy did an only partially true hatch job on one of the best military guys we had in this fight. I know several people who worked with McXtal and they all had great respect for him..and they are warriors not bureaucrats.

I don’t know if I fall into your category of “you people”. I have no idea what caused his crash, as I am more interested in the recent stories he was working on and what dealings he had with wikileaks.

For a lot of reasons, I don't trust witnesses who are at the scene of any "accident" at 4:30 in the morning. That leads to another question which was drugs or alcohol involved? Even if one could find a honest Medical Examiner in the City of Angels, it sounds as if his body was burned so badly to make such evidence difficult to collect. Maybe someone will do an investigation and find out he had been drinking at some bar all night. Sometimes people have reasons to be going at high rates of speed late at night such as they are in danger.

Your version holds up because it is convenient to have witnesses at 4:30 in the morning and it is convenient that his body was burned so badly that it will probably never be determined what if any levels of drugs or alcohol was in his system.
