Why does everyone rag on Subaru ? It’s a great car, always has been. I’m fixing to get a new Forester and I’m neither queer or a leftie.
I think it’s more of a Southern thing (Northern climes need the AWD), and dates back to when VWs were also favorites of counterculture types. Subie, years ago, had Martina Navratilova as a spokesperson.
Both brands, but especially Subaru, are stylish, safe, efficient and comfortable. Subaru sedans are hard to pick out in a lineup without badges.
