It’s certainly not wrong to attempt it, but at some point with some people it does become clear that they are adamant on their commitment to damnation. They’re really damning themselves. God has never quit being love for all eternity. They’re rapt in the ludicrous exercise of insisting that they are going to damn everything that could be blessed... even themselves. For the sake of a cheap thrill that is over in the blink of an eye. It’s God’s respect of our choice that makes a hell for men even possible. No choice would mean a love that wasn’t a love but rather was a puppet show.
